Q) What type of computer are the Goldtouch keyboard, Goldtouch Mac Compatible Keyboard, keypad and mouse designed to run on?
A) The Goldtouch keyboard, Mac compatible keyboard, mouse and keypad are designed to be PC compatible. However we do resell adapters for Mac/USB and Sun systems.
Q) I have a musculoskeletal disorder. Will the Goldtouch products help?
A) Many factors may contribute to musculoskeletal disorders. It is important to pay close attention to proper work station set-up, monitor hand and wrist postures and comfort when using the products and take frequent rest breaks or rotate tasks to avoid over intensive use. It also is important to consider the effects of non-computer related activities, and individual factors that may be affecting one's health.
If you experience discomfort, pain or other symptoms like weakness, numbness, tingling or swelling, either while using your Goldtouch products, or at other times, do not ignore these signs. Don't assume or hope they will go away. Consult a qualified health professional. Many minor musculoskeletal disorders can be effectively treated at an early stage before they progress to more long-term injuries.
Q) What is Key Ovation's warranty?
A) In general terms Key Ovation's warranty policy is as follows: Key Ovation offers a 30-day money back guarantee on all direct purchases from Key Ovation ( you pay for return shipping). For indirect purchases from resellers/ retailers etc. please see the individual resellers return policy. There is also a 12-month manufacturer's warranty.
Q) Is Key Ovation a public company?
A) No, Key Ovation is privately held company.
Q) Does Key Ovation ship internationally?
A) Yes, Key Ovation does ship to countries other than the USA. Shipping charges and delivery time for countries other than the US vary. Please contact Key Ovation for a quote for shipping the respective Goldtouch products to you. Please remember that you are responsible for all taxes/ duties and other customs requirements.
Q) How do I return my product to Key Ovation?
A) If you purchased your Goldtouch Products directly from Key Ovation and you want to return them, please visit our online RMA form to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number before shipping your product to us.
Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender by the shipper. Shipping charges are not refundable and customers are responsible for shipping charges incurred when returning an item. If the product was purchased through a reseller, then it must be returned to that same reseller.
