The numeric keypad is ideal for users who work extensively with numbers, the numeric keypad can be placed where it's most comfortable and provides needed flexibility in periodically changing arm, hand and shoulder position. It also adds important functionality to laptop computers, eliminating the need to use the awkwardly-placed number and mathematical function keys in the built in keyboard.

The numeric keypad features a pass-through "Y" adapter, allowing simultaneous connection of the PS/2 port with a keyboard. The unit consumes less than a milliamp of power, making it ideal for use with a laptop.

For portability, the unit is light and compact, and requires no software to be installed on the computer. It will work with any operating system, on any IBM compatible computer.
